Responsibilities:
Own and manage end-to-end Sales CRM programs on Microsoft Dynamics 365, spanning multiple workstreams, releases, and geographies. Define program scope, objectives, success metrics, and delivery roadmaps aligned to business outcomes. Drive integrated planning across Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, integrations, data migration, reporting, and user adoption. Ensure delivery commitments across schedule, budget, quality, and scope. Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership, sales operations, IT, compliance, and external vendors. Establish and run program governance, including steering committees, executive reviews, RAID management, and status reporting.
