South Karelia Welfare Area is seeking a program manager to lead the regional initiative South Karelia grows together. The role involves building and implementing a new regional operational model aimed at strengthening the well‑being of children, youth, and families, and shifting focus to preventive and early support.
Responsibilities
The program manager will oversee the preparation and execution of the model, ensure cooperation between municipalities and the welfare area, and build a clear collaboration and monitoring system.
Qualifications
Position requires a higher university degree, experience in leading services for children, youth, and families, and knowledge of social and health care or municipal sectors.
Location & Compensation
Position is based in Lappeenranta with a salary between 5000‑5500 euros. The role is temporary until December31,2030.
