About the Role

:
  • We are seeking a hands-on leader to manage a hybrid team of Project Managers and Business Analysts. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our technical IT teams (Developers, Infrastructure) and our business units (Field Operations, Sales, Customer Service).
  • You will ensure that business requirements are accurately captured by your BAs and that IT initiatives are delivered on time by your PMs. Your primary goal is to build a high-performing delivery engine that implements technology solutions.

    • Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the CIO to define and maintain the IT Project Roadmap, balancing keep the lights on maintenance with innovation initiatives.
  • Manage the intake funnel for new project requests from VPs (Ops, Finance, Sales etc), ensuring all requests are scored, sized, and prioritized based on ROI and strategic value.
