Cleveland-Cliffs is actively seeking a Workday Program Manager to support our growing organization, based at our Corporate Headquarters in Cleveland, OH. The person in this role will serve as second-in-command to the HRIS Manager, providing operational leadership, decision support, and continuity of service across all Workday functional areas, with primary accountability for Core HCM and Security.
Summary of Responsibilities
+ Responsible for process improvements and assisting in the support of various areas in Workday, including but not limited to Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Payroll, Talent, Performance Management, Time Tracking, Benefits, and Integrations
+ Serve as a strong consultative partner to HR Business Partners in service delivery
+ Test, validate, and implement Business Process, Condition Rule, and Eligibility Rule changes in Workday
