Job Description
Overview
The Magna Exteriors portfolio includes products such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front‑end modules, active aerodynamic systems, and lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of program builds including cost, delivery, suppliers, customers, internal production and engineering changes
- Conduct APQP activities including PDP & TraX, customer systems, internal documentation, maintaining PDP folders, gate reviews, CFTs, ECN system, and PPAP
- Coordinate communication regarding program information between departments
- Meet/manage program budget (on average, $10,000,000)
- Troubleshoot customer assembly plant issues
- Validate designs through DV /PV testing, assembly trials and ergo studies
