About the role:
We are seeking a Fellowship Manager who will lead the implementation of the Fellowship Program across multiple districts. The Fellowship Manager will be responsible for managing 5-6 Program Leaders and overseeing approximately 60 Fellows working across different locations.
The role requires strong leadership, program management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities to ensure effective program implementation, fellow development, and strong collaboration with government schools and community stakeholders.
