Job Description
Join SKYTRAC as a Program Manager focused on R&D and Continual Improvement. You will oversee technical projects in aerospace, enhancing product performance and process efficiency.
As a Program Manager, you’ll direct R&D initiatives while ensuring customer satisfaction and internal development align with SKYTRAC's objectives. This role requires collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Service teams for successful contract execution and continual improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and oversee R&D projects in alignment with technology roadmap
• Lead Continual Improvement Process (CIP) projects for performance enhancement
• Collaborate with Engineering for design changes based on customer feedback
• Track R&D progress metrics, budgets, and ROI
• Maintain communication between project teams and stakeholders
