How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
As a member of the External Quality Assurance (EQA)
surveillance team, the EQA Program Manager will provide surveillance and
oversight of Delta’s approved Maintenance Providers who accomplish maintenance,
preventive maintenance and alteration of aircraft or articles on behalf of
Delta Air Lines, Inc., or it’s Repair Stations. The EQA Program Manager will
provide oversight from a Continuing Analysis and Surveillance System (CASS)
perspective to ensure approved Maintenance Providers are performing maintenance
in accordance with Delta’s Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program (CAMP)
in support of Delta’s Air Carrier Operation Specifications. This is
accomplished through regularly scheduled onsite activity to audit and measure
the level of compliance to numerous industry standards, applicable Federal
Aviation Administration (FAA) Regulations, other National Aviation Authority
