Mission Overview:
Keystone Solutions is seeking a Program Manager Expert for a consultancy mission at a client site. The focus of this role is to coordinate organizational and digital processes within the justice sector, specifically through the Boeteplatform initiative. This program is responsible for executing digitalization projects aimed at improving the execution of penalties and reducing administrative burdens across justice, police, and other partners in the financial criminal justice chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively initiate new projects and monitor ongoing projects.
- Oversee the overall coordination of projects.
- Accelerate the processing of fines.
- Reduce the workload of stakeholders in the criminal justice chain through a chain approach.
- Digitize information processing.
- Improve the financial execution of penalties.
- Enhance public service delivery.
