Jio Enterprise SMB is looking for high-potential Program Managers to help build and scale new businesses across multiple verticals.
This is not a conventional strategy role. You will work on businesses that are being built from the ground up—shaping the operating plan, defining go-to-market approach, creating channel programs, and driving execution with cross-functional teams.
What you will work on:
• Co-owning annual operating plans and growth initiatives
• Designing and executing segment × channel GTM strategies
• Building channel programs and ensuring on-ground adoption
• Creating processes, systems, and operating rhythms for scale
• Driving business outcomes, including revenue and P&L-linked priorities, for identified segments/verticals
