Job Description
Position Program Manager on the Robotics & Space Operations team at the Brampton office, responsible for managing space programs for domestic and international customers, including opportunities related to new R&D, servicing the International Space Station, commercial space companies and deep space exploration.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate leadership across the organization, promoting common core values
Lead multi‑disciplinary program teams to meet technical, schedule, cost and revenue requirements in a FFP contract environment.
Identify and manage program risks and opportunities, implement mitigation actions, prioritize work, resolve and/or elevate issues, and manage customer expectations
Lead negotiation and discussion sessions with customers to reach agreement on all aspects of the program
