+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8 years of experience in EHS, including experience managing EHS programs and teams in an operational environment (e.g., data centers, industrial settings).
+ 5 years of experience in leadership role with direct reports.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
+ Experience working in a rapidly scaling global organization, specifically in the EMEA region.
+ Experience working with vendors on improving their EHS programs and driving their performance plans.
