Mission: Take a client from signed engagement to teams actively using agentic solutions in production, then drive that adoption wider and deeper.

Profile

• Enterprise program / delivery management background, comfortable running multi-stakeholder engagements in regulated environments (security, compliance, data governance sign-offs).
• Strong on adoption: knows that getting software live is the easy half; the real work is change management, finding champions, building usage playbooks, and getting teams to actually switch from old tools. Measures success in active usage and expansion, not go-live dates.
• Working fluency in agentic solutioning: understands what agents, workflows, and AI-assisted automation are and where they fit, enough to prioritize use cases by value and readiness, scope realistically, and call out when something is being oversold. Not expected to build, but must hold a credible technical conversation.
