The Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain Program Manager is responsible for driving Lean principles, optimizing end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes, and building engagement across teams to deliver meaningful improvements in efficiency, cost, and operational effectiveness.

The compensation for this role will be commensurate based on education and/or experience.

Major Position Accountabilities

• Leads and executes Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain and manufacturing operations.
• Facilitates collaboration across departments to identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and drive change.
• Conducts Gemba walks, root cause analyses, and kaizen events to promote hands‑on engagement and eliminate waste.
• Champions change management and support digital transformation projects that align physical processes with ERP/MRP systems. ...
