Program Management Engineer (MNC/Electronic/EMS/Contract Manufacturing)

We are hiring a Program Management Engineer to oversee product lifecycle activities, including RFQ, NPD, NPI, FA, and product transfers. You'll coordinate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of projects and compliance with quality, cost, and delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage RFQ, NPD/NPI, FA, and product transfer projects.
• Coordinate with customers, engineering, and operations teams.
• Support audits, engineering changes, and order fulfillment.
• Evaluate supplier performance and technical bids.
• Oversee documentation, certification, and compliance.
• Create technical drawings (2D/3D) and support process simulations.
• Ensure quality standards and manage program risks.
