Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee enterprise‑wide ServiceNow transformation programs from strategy through execution
- Serve as the senior program leader and trusted advisor for executive stakeholders
- Drive strategic roadmap development and platform modernization initiatives
- Provide proactive leadership across ServiceNow operational and transformation workstreams
- Lead cross‑functional teams including architects, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders
- Deliver transformation initiatives focused on:
- ITOM (IT Operations Management)
- HAM (Hardware Asset Management)
- SAM (Software Asset Management)
- AMP (Application/Asset Management Platform)
- Guide organizations in transitioning and expanding capabilities toward the Enterprise Architecture (EA) module
