Lead healthcare innovation as the Program Lead in Clinical Informatics at PRAXIS. You will drive complex initiatives and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to improve patient outcomes.
As the Program Lead - Care Intelligence, you will oversee high-quality informatics work and ensure the application of PRAXIS methodologies. Your role includes working closely with clinical leaders and Digital Health partners to transform evidence into actionable workflows. With a strong focus on system reliability and clinical integrity, you will mentor Senior Advisors in Clinical Informatics and foster excellence across the province.
