As a Behavior Technician, you will:
+ Provide direct support to students with special needs in educational settings
+ Implement behavior intervention strategies and individualized support plans
+ Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists
+ Support students in achieving academic, social, and behavioral goals
+ Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
