• 0.6 to 2 years in IT Operations / Service Delivery.
• Exposure to end-to-end SDLC.
• Experience with SLA/OLA-driven environments.

Technical Skills (Desirable)

• Cloud: AWS, Azure
• Virtualisation technologies
• Database & storage systems
• Middleware and system integration
• Cybersecurity (hardening, vulnerability management)

Key Responsibilities

• L1 Operations & Support

  Provide L1 support for PMO-PSB systems (remote and onsite, 24/7 standby roster).

  Respond to user requests, operational alerts, and cybersecurity incidents.

  Support system verification testing after patching and maintenance cycles.
