About the Role
The Program Engineer will support the operations, maintenance, and cybersecurity of systems. The role focuses on ensuring system availability, operational efficiency, and strong cybersecurity posture while supporting ongoing programme delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities 1. L1 Operations & Support- Provide L1 support for PMO-PSB systems, including remote and onsite troubleshooting (24/7 standby roster).
- Respond to operational alerts, cybersecurity incidents, and system issues.
- Support system verification testing after patches and maintenance cycles.
- Co‑manage centralized monitoring dashboards and alerting systems.
- Support change management processes using Service Management platforms.
- Maintain and update Operations & Maintenance (O&M) playbooks.
- Prepare and submit operational reports and updates.
