Program Director – Enterprise Transformation

• Lead and deliver large-scale enterprise transformation programs
• Own end-to-end program strategy, governance, planning, and execution across multiple interdependent projects and workstreams
• Ensure alignment across business, technology, and delivery teams
• Engage with strong stakeholder engagement, executive presence, and the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across the client organization
• Manage risks proactively and communicate progress to senior leadership
• Train and align business readiness and new capabilities into workflows

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programs
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stream programs across business and technology
• Experience operating in complex, high-stakes environments (for ex- hospitality, gaming, financial services)
