Position Overview

This is a Talent Pipeline role for future Program Coordinator opportunities. The position is based in Madrid and is designed to identify and connect with talented individuals who may be considered for upcoming entry-level Program Assistant roles as they become available.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Associate Directors of the respective program to identify, organize, coordinate, and report on the numerous transversal activities for the program's students.
• Act as a liaison with Directors, professors and external stakeholders, facilitating the coordination of both curricular and extracurricular activities.
• Provide support in management, communications, and problem‑solving with students and faculty members.
