Job Description

Overview

The Program Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of day to day tasks of the Special Projects Programs, in order to guarantee an effective and efficient development of the operations and services provided to students.

Responsibilities

Key Action Areas :

  • Responsible for planning the program sessions
  • Coordinate teachers' agendas
  • Coordinate teaching material requests with the Documentation department, upload documents and syllabus to the online campus
  • Proactively manage the relationship with students before and during the program, provide them with relevant information, solve problems, questions, refer them to the appropriate areas, follow up on their attendance record
  • Administrative tasks such as coding invoices, uploading expenses to TRAVEX, managing advances
