Position Overview
The Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the operations and logistics of all programs and tours. This role will prioritize programs and tours in Spain and Portugal while also supporting other global destinations. Responsibilities include coordinating site visits, activities, and workshops, and identifying local tour guides, guest speakers, and experts. The coordinator will support the development of study abroad programs, build strong partnerships with universities, local nonprofit organizations, and accommodation providers, and design customized itineraries for private travelers.
