JOB PURPOSE
Under the direction of the Director, Certification Services, the Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting client and customer service needs of the organization in a professional, timely manner and in alignment with the business activities of the Green Building Programs and corporate strategies.
The position facilitates communication between clients and certification reviewers, providing excellent customer service as well as processing certification submissions through various platforms and tools, ensuring efficient and timely workflow, and accurate, detailed project tracking.
