Job Title: Program Coordinator (US Support - Mexicali and Chennai) Our Location: Mexicali, MX Our Department: Trimble - AECO About the Role Program Coordinator supports program execution across distributed teams by running the operational cadence that keeps initiatives moving: attending key agile ceremonies to surface blockers early, maintaining follow-ups on time-sensitive work, coordinating planning logistics, and improving visibility through Jira reporting. This role reduces coordination drag across multiple teams so delivery risks, dependencies, and decisions don’t get lost between meetings. The Program Coordinator also serves as a local point of contact (“boots on the ground”) for supported teams in the region and coordinates communication between team members to ensure information is shared effectively.
