The Pay
$18 per hour for training until you are certified as a lead coach.
$20 is starting pay after certification; eligible for increase every two months.
$25 is possible within 12 months.
The Schedule
We don't have set office hours, we use a hybrid work schedule. Locations vary between home, office, on-site coaching, and event locations. Number of work hours per week depend on work flow. Average hours per week are 18-22; but can ...
