Turner Construction (JWTC) and we are looking for a Program and Permitting Specialist in the North Carolina area.
The Program and Permitting Specialist. The Permitting Specialist is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the permitting process for construction, development, or other regulated projects.
This professional ensures that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
The Permitting Specialist acts as a liaison between the company, government agencies, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities Research and identify permitting requirements for various projects, including zoning, environmental, building, and utility permits.
