Summary The position is located in the Office of the Under Secretary for Public Diplomacy, Office of the Executive Director, Human Resources Management Division (R/EX/HR). Incumbent provides a range of awards, telework, contract oversight, leave policy, training and employee development programs and support to R Family employees and servicing Bureaus.This is a developmental position. The duties are similar to those of the target Program Analyst, GS-0343-13. Responsibilities Provides advice and guidance to management and employees throughout the R Family on less complex aspects of training , employee development, and educational assistance issues.
