Summary About the Position: Serve as a Program Analyst for the Operations Division, Management Support Branch with responsibility for formulating, establishing, monitoring, recording, analyzing, evaluating, forecasting and recommending modifications or changes to the River Operations Branch O & M, MR&T and facility programs in support of the District's navigation and flood control missions. Responsibilities Coordinate with project engineers, fiscal and other management officials, and technicians to obtain data and to ensure timely completion of projects within schedules and funding limitations, Independently prepares cost projections for the Operations Division mission, including staffing and target cost limitations. Maintains P2 data ensuring that data input by other sections and units is accurate.
