Summary The Program Analyst is aligned under the Managerial Cost Accounting (MCA) Site Manager for the site(s) either in Vancouver, WA or Rosburg, OR. Applicant will be a member of the MCA Site team responsible for the maintenance of Decision Support System (DSS) database for the site(s). MCA is an executive information program that directly impacts patient management by providing data on patterns of care and patient outcomes to VA clinical and administrative managers. Responsibilities Major duties include, but are not limited to: Ensure the VISN and its facilities are in full compliance with VHA and VA policy and regulatory requirements in all financial, managerial cost accounting, and utilization activities. Identify system inconsistencies and recommend solutions related to all aspects of the cost accounting program across multiple hospitals.
