Summary About the Position: Program Analysts in the Hydroelectric Design Center are responsible for assisting managers in the execution the operational overhead budget; oversight actions on project funds; receiving project funds from various office; and providing reports on the status of fund execution. Additionally, PAs support the reporting requirements for higher offices on overhead and project funds. Responsibilities Applies commonly used budget process and finance practices, procedures, regulations, precedents policies and guides that specifically pertain to the work assigned. Prepares the annual branch departmental overhead operating budget for branch chief approval using knowledge of organization and budget guidelines. Receives funds for work from customer orders, military interdepartmental purchase requests and Portland District direct funds.
