Program Analyst (Payer EDI Production Issue Coordinator)

REMOTE

Responsibilities:

  • Manage intake, documentation, and resolution workflow for Payer EDI production issues.
  • Researches root causes, runs SQL queries, searches AWS/VA systems.
  • Creates ServiceNow tickets.
  • Liaises between EDI leadership, OIT, and business stakeholders.

    • Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's in Information Systems, Health Informatics, or related (required).
  • EDI standards or Agile certification
  • 4+ yrs in EDI operations, healthcare tech troubleshooting, or Agile practices.
  • Must have: X12 transaction mapping knowledge, SQL querying, AWS/cloud experience, ServiceNow, issue triage, SOP development, strong written/verbal communication.
