Summary The Technical Career Field (TCF) is a national workforce development program within VHA that was designed to replenish technical staff in critically identified positions. This position is endorsed by the Office of Health Informatics and supported by the Informatics and Data Analytics career field in the Technical Career Field (TCF) program at medical centers in the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Responsibilities The VA has adopted Core Values and Characteristics that apply universally across the Department.
