Job Description
Summary You will serve as a Program Analyst (Human Capital) in the REGIONAL WORKFORCE POLICY AND PROGRAMS of COMMANDER NAVY REGION EUROPE. Responsibilities You will plan and execute a diverse and complex set of Human Capital Management programs for the Command. You will develop effective performance measures of success in various workforce program areas and use these tools to evaluate the overall effectiveness of Human Resource programs and initiatives. You will recommend appropriate courses of action to hire new personnel, convert spaces or change requirements to accommodate current workload.
