Summary You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Acquisition Support & Analysis Division, Cost & Acquisition Analysis Department of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE. Responsibilities You will coordinate the development of acquisition packages, including authoring Statements of Work/Performance Work Statements, generating Independent Government Cost Estimates, and directing pre-award source selections and proposal evaluations. You will oversee and manage contract financial execution, strategically tracking funding levels against contract ceilings to prevent overruns, auditing complex contractor invoices, and identifying and resolving billing discrepancies. You will direct contractor performance surveillance, establishing and managing Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASPs) and authoring authoritative performance reviews for the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS).
