Join a collaborative Therapy and Behaviour Support team delivering evidence-based, person-centred support to children and adults across the Central Coast or Newcastle.

This role focuses on building individual capacity, developing high-quality behaviour support plans and achieving meaningful outcomes within NDIS and child-safe frameworks.

The Role

• Conduct functional behavioural assessments
• Develop and implement evidence-based Behaviour Support Plans
• Work with children and adults across diverse presentations
• Collaborate with families, carers and multidisciplinary teams
• Promote trauma-informed, person-centred practice
