Professional Services Operations Analyst

We’re looking for a Professional Services Operations Analyst to join our Operations Team and support various stages of the Order-to-Cash business operations process. The role focuses on ticket-level work with associated SLAs, learning multiple functions, and rotating across ticket types.

Key Responsibilities

• Verification of PS Sales Bookings and Orders
• Verification of change orders and processing in SalesForce and project delivery software system
• Creation of Project Closure Forms
• Processing of Billing across 7 different types and processes and verification of prerequisites
• Processing of Refund requests and calculation of cancellation fees
• Processing of invoices and creation of full project Termination Agreements

• 3+ years of experience with SalesForce, Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets
