Job Description
Professional Services Contact Center Engineer– drives the implementation of RingCentral Contact Center solutions across new deployments and customer projects, ensuring quality service, timely delivery and optimal benefit realization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end Contact Center project implementation, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across diverse customer accounts with minimal supervision.
- Assess solution specifications against customer requirements and recommend design enhancements to maximize value.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines for requirements gathering, configuration, training, testing and production rollout.
- Produce customer‑facing documentation—meeting notes, requirements documents, sign‑off agreements and similar deliverables.
