Job Description
Technical Solutions Inc. is currently seeking a Professional Land Surveyor on behalf of our client, a Pittsburgh area civil engineering consultant.
Qualifications:-Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor.-SIT is required, PLS preferred; must have (or ability to acquire) PA and/or OH licensure.-Working knowledge of Topcon-GPS and total stations a must and experience in performing ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Construction Stakeout, As built Surveys, Utility line Route Surveys, Topographic Surveys, Property and Boundary Surveys is required.-Working knowledge of Carlson or AutoCAD Civil 3D programs required.-The candidate must be a motivated team player that is willing to work overtime hours and travel locally when required.
