This role is responsible for building capability across HR Direct by designing, delivering and continuously improving learning and development programs that enable our people to deliver exceptional employee experiences.
As HR Direct continues to evolve through digital transformation, this role will play a key part in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to modernise learning experiences, accelerate capability uplift and equip our people to support employees through increasingly complex and digital-first HR services.
