Job Title: Production/Process Manager - Grain-Based Distillery We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production/Process Manager to oversee operations at our grain-based distillery plant. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of alcohol production processes including ENA, RS, DDGS, fermentation, milling, liquefaction, and wash management. This role is critical to ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production while maintaining compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations.
