Job Description
SUMMARY: The primary responsibility is to operate the equipment in assigned work area.
Monitor the processes of departmental equipment and systems so that product quality is guaranteed and package integrity is assured.
Participate as a Team Member of their assigned business function.
Direction is provided by the Shift Manger who coordinates the activities of Team members involved in processing, filling, and/or packaging of product for their assigned Business Unit.
The Business Unit goals are consistent with company goals and business unit Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to include safety, quality, productivity and customer service.
The schedule is 9:45pm to 6:15am, Monday through Friday.
