Job Title: Production Worker Location: York, Pennsylvania Type: Contract To Hire Compensation: $18.50 - $19.50 hourly Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours: Day Shifts: Mon-Fri (5:30 AM - 2:00 PM), Afternoon Shifts: Mon-Fri (1:30 PM - 10:00 PM) Night Shifts: Mon-Fri (9:30 PM - 6:00 AM), General Summary: This position will be responsible for working in a variety of functions within the manufacturing and distribution areas, such as stacking/sorting/distributing bulk product and material, hand palletizing, sorting product and raw material management (bottles, caps, corrugate and more). Essential Functions: Responsible at all times for promoting a safety culture and awareness within their area. Support and adhere to all plant safety policies and procedures at all times. Assist manufacturing with inspection, sorting and bagging process for bulk product. Remove defects as needed (i.e. deformed, discolored, misshaped, etc.).
