**Job Description**
This position is responsible for preparing materials and moving raw materials. The associate will prepare components for machinery by measuring small amounts of metals into small boxes and weighing them. They will load materials into barrels and ensure the product comes off the line efficiently. New hires will work closely with operators until they are fully trained and promoted to operators.
**Responsibilities**
+ Prepare components by measuring and weighing small amounts of metals.
+ Load materials into barrels for processing.
+ Ensure products come off the line properly.
