Job Description

We have an immediate need for a Production Worker to work Monday through Thursday from 5 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Job Duties:

  • Partial set-up and mixing of compounds to predetermine specifications
  • Read and understand specification sheets
  • Set up and maintain production pace and set up and weigh oils required to run each compound
  • Document all material and compound traceability
  • Consistent heavy lifting, occasionally exceeding 50 pounds
  • Periodically transport products using a lift truck

    Qualifications:

  • Factory or Manufacturing experience is preferred
  • Must be able to perform set ups
  • Must have the ability to read and understand specification sheets
  • The ability to operate a lift truck to transport products is needed
