Our client, a leader in custom packaging manufacturing, is seeking dedicated Production Workers to join their dynamic team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the production line and ensuring high-quality output. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title:** Production Worker
**Location:** Eau Claire, WI
**Pay Rate: $** 17.25/hr
**Shift:** 1st Shift, Monday to Friday, 7am - 3:30pm
**What's the Job?**
+ Operate manufacturing equipment such as Hot Melt, Heat Welders, Arm & Post Stitchers, Pallet Jacks, and Stretch Wrappers
+ Follow all manufacturing instructions closely to ensure quality standards are met
+ Maintain good housekeeping practices in the work area
+ Assist in physical inventory counts during month-end, year-end, and audits
