THE ROLE
:STRIVE is currently hiring Production Worker / Heavy General Labourers for a leading manufacturing facility in Paris, ON. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy physically active work and want to build a long-term career in manufacturing. You will be responsible for supporting production operations through material handling, machine loading, quality inspection, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable performing repetitive lifting throughout their shift in Paris ON. The position starts on a straight afternoon shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). Beginning in September, the operation will transition to 12-hour continental shifts, providing employees with more days off while maintaining full-time hours.
