Summary You will serve as a PRODUCTION TRAINING PROGRAM COORDINATOR in the Production Resources Training Division (Code 900T), Production Resources Department of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. Responsibilities You will plan, determine, and coordinate production training services required to support the Production Department. You will conduct studies that involve recommending changes to training schedules; training records; coordinating improvements to training and work process problems and initiatives; and supporting production training plans and initiatives. You will perform training program analysis of collected data, recognizes weakness in processes, and assists in formulating and recommending solutions. You will serve as subject matter expert and lead for Production Training Assistants.
