About the Role

This role is a member of the Shift Team reporting to the Technical Specialist/Shift Leader and supports manufacturing activities, including visual inspection, dimensional inspection, and functional testing to ensure product meets specifications.

What you’ll do

Operational Tasks: Perform visual inspection, dimensional inspection, and functional testing for manufacturing in‑process or first‑piece/in‑house molding approval activities; provide feedback on materials/product discrepancies to upstream processes; handle non‑conforming products per non‑conformance procedure; update inspection results per procedure; participate in team projects such as data collection on quality improvement projects; file inspection forms and other quality records required by lot traceability procedures and support their retrieval; oversee sort/re‑work activities and collate and file data accordingly; coordinate internally with other function groups.
